Here are a list of the programs that I have found useful for promoting this site. I've given Traffic Exchanges a group of their own as I'm in quite a few and then there's a list of free and cheap advertising sites.

Trafic Exchanges are an easy way to get hits to your site. Basically, for every site that you visit, you receive credits to redeem for others to visit your site. The traffic isn't likely to be of the highest quality but the hits will increase your sites popularity ranking and, hopefully, increase the number of visitors coming from search engines and the like. Manual Traffic Exchanges generally provide better quality traffic than AutoSurf Exchanges as usually someone actually ends up having a look at your site.

	Click Thru - Manual Exchange - Earn Click Thru traffic for your site by surfing the Clcik Thru Network using their surfing remote control. You earn Click Thru Cash for every site you visit and you can trade this Clcik Thru Cash, dollar for dollar, for services on the Click Thru Network. It's so easy that many members end up with extra Click Thru Cash that they can sell back to Click Thru to make a little real money.
	Hit Safari - Manual Exchange - Hit Safari has been around for a long time. They offer full size page views, banners and text link advertising. # Hit Safari also has its own, in house, downline builder.
	Share Ad Space - Manual Exchange - Share Ad Space is free to join and is a very popular exhange. Once you have joined, you can earn credits by surfing, promoting Share Ad Space (on any of their list of approved programs) or playing their games. Credits earned can be converted for cash, traffic to your own site or a little of each. As Share Ad Space also allows promotion through Paid Email sites and the like, you get a much wider distribution of people seeing your site than just Members of the exchange.
	Traffic Sydicate 25 - Manual Exchange - I receive a lot more hits from these guys than I generate myself. With ts25, you work your way into a Syndicate by surfing and once you achieve this, you get hits based on the combined level of your syndicate. It's an impressive system that is also a lot of fun.

	1800 Banners - Earn, Exchange or Advertise with 1800 Banners. with the 1800 Banners ad exchange network, you can exchange ads with other publishers, earn cash from revenue sharing, block unwanted campaigns and earn from referrals. Banners are exchanged at a ratio of 2 for 1.
	Bravenet - If you're looking for website content, Bravenet is like a One-Stop Shop! They've got everything from Horoscopes, Web Templates and Hit Counters to Daily Cartoons, eCards and Mailing Lists. Best of all, you can get it all for free and access the Premium version of the content for a very reasonable price.
	Google Search - Do you want the code to add a Google Search Box to your site? On this Google Page you will find the code to add the Search Box with the added extra ability to search results from your site.
	Linkscout - When you start a free account at LinkScout you can promote all of your sites or opportunities on one page. You also get a search engine, FFA, Matrix replicator and heaps of other promotional tools all for no cost! Every time you refer someone, you increase your network and get your listings seen more and more.

	1800 Banners - Earn, Exchange or Advertise with 1800 Banners. with the 1800 Banners ad exchange network, prices start at $1.95 for 10,000 banner impressions or between 3 and 10 cents per click-through. You can target by geo-location (country, city, state & areacodes), category, age group, ad position, or preferred sites all made easy to understand with advanced tracking.
	Cash In On Mail - Cash in on Mail is a Paid Email company that sells really cheap advertising. You can send a 'Paid Email' to all of their members for just $2.50 and that means that those members will actually be paid to come to your site. They have other advertising starting as low as $1.
	LinkScout Associates - When you become a LinkScout Associate, you get all of the advantages of free membership to LinkScout and a host of other features including an FFA with Email Capture, access to the ClickBank affiliate program (I was making money within 48 hours), free banner impressions and 15,500 guaranteed hits. LinkScout for free is good (see above) but this is much, much better.
